Proc.No.32/SSA/T6/2014-SSA, Telangana State-Hyderabad-Pedagogy wing-School Complex Meetings in September-2014 in Telangana State
- All the District Educational Officers and Project Officesr in the state are informed that the year 2014-15 School Complex meetings may be conducted six times. Out of which four meetings are subjected specific meetings for Primary and Upper Primary Teachers and two Teleconferences.
- As already the School Complexes were reconstituted in the districts, it will be appropriate to conduct School Complex Meetings before conduct of firdt Summative Assesment, which helps the teachers to have discussion on preparation of Summative test papers. It also helps to review the implementation of LEP-3Rs programmes and other activities in the schools. In this regard a School Complex meeting for Primary and Upper Primary level shall be conducted in September-2014

- Review on LEP-3Rs,Implementation and follow up measures for improvement
- Discussion on FA-I performance,documantation in registers
- Discussion and preparation of Summative-I question papers
- School Complex HM observations on school visits
- Discussion on strategies on improvement in Mother Tongue and Maths for class I &II.
- Discussion on strategies on improvement in English & Maths for Classes III,IV & V
- Discussion on strategies on improvement in English,Maths,Science and Social Studies for classes VI,VII & VIII.
