Learning Enhancment programme is meant to bring basic levels in three main subjects vizz Telugu English and Mathematics from 3rd class to 9th class. These are also called as Minimum Learning Levels in the concern subjects. Befire Begining the LEP standards of the children should be recorded by conducting an exam called as Base Line Test for All Classes in three Subjects and record performance.
