Sub:    RVM (SSA) – Ranga Reddy District – Re-Engaging of the Services of Certain Personnel on Contract Basis in the RVM (SSA) Ranga Reddy District – Instruction & Guidelines – Regarding.

Ref:     Lr. Rc. No. 5730/RVM/SSA/C3/2010. Dated 28.04.2014 of the SPD RVM (SSA) A.P. Hyd. 

            With reference to the subject cited above the State Project Director RVM (SSA) A.P. Hyd. Has given instructions and guidelines for Re-engaging for the services of IERTs, MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, Cluster Resource Persons, Divisional Level Monitoring Teams duly assessment of previous years' performance.

In view of the above all the Mandal Educational Officer and School Complex Head Master are requested to assess the performance of Contract Employees in your jurisdiction as per the Annexure enclosed.

Further all the Mandal Educational Officer and School Complex Head Master are requested to inform and send the contract personnel along with following letters immediately.

1.          Application for Re-Engagement.
2.          Concerned MEO appraisal in given format for (IERTs, MIS Coordinators, Data Entry Operators, Divisional Level Monitoring Teams)
3.          Concerned School Complex Head Master appraisal in given for (Cluster Resource Persons).
4.          Agreement of Rs.100/- Bond.
5.         Appraisal from concerned  Sectoral Officer
