Guidelines to fill “ONLINE” Teacher’s Particulars in deorangareddy.in
The site will be opened from 08-01-2015 to 19-01-2015 only.
1. Download blank application form, fill in all your details as per your Service Register, Academic and Professional certificates.
2. After filling up all the details in the downloaded form, check thoroughly the details once or twice filled by you.
3. Now go to the link, deorangareddy.in - start filling the details written by you on the downloaded form “ONLINE” at teachers’ details.
4. If any of the field is not applicable to you, use ‘NOT APPLICABLE’ using dropdown buttons.
5. Pay more and more attention while filling the details ONLINE.
6. After carefully filling the form online, take a print out of the form and if satisfied with all the details, submit the same to the concerned i.e. PS & UPS teachers to MEOs, High Teachers to HM and High School HMs to Dy.E.Os duly signing on the form for online confirmation of the details.
7. deorangareddy.in site will be opened on 08-01-2015 for teachers to fill details and closes on 19-01-2015.
8. All teachers working in the district have to submit their details online. An individual teacher can fill the details ONLINE any number of times, but the final copy of the print out submitted to the HM/Mandal Educational officer/Dy.E.O with signature is treated as the final copy.
9. All teachers of PS/ UPS, teachers of High Schools and Headmasters of High School should submit the signed application form to the concerned as mentioned in 8th point, after entering the details online by 19-01-2015. The site will be closed on 19.01.2015.
10. The individual teacher will be held responsible for filling his / her data. If any teacher / teachers do not submit the data within the given time, his /her details will be not being considered for seniority list.
All the teachers in the district are once again requested to cooperate in completing the seniority lists of categories without any errors.
