Proc 25 District Monitoring Teams Constitution in Telangana

Proc.No.25 Dt 08.01.2015 SSA Telangana State, Hyderabad-Constitution of District Monitoring Teams in the month of January and February
As a part of the performance appraisal of schools, and KGBVs periodically and to validate the information provided in QMT tools & LEP 3Rs formats, it is proposed to constitute a District Level Monitoring Teams comprising of two members with faculty of DIET Dy.E.O, MEO and School Complex HMs who have pedagogical background

The teams have to visit the Mandals for 3-days as mentioned below

1. In three days each team member has to cover at least 4 schools,one KGBV and a school complex
2. They should cover interior schools in rural also covering all divisions
3. The monitoring team members shall record their observations in the prescribed monitoring formats and should focus on Academic activities, based on the information provided in QMT tools particularly with respect to implementation of Academic/Innovative activities in the schools, teachers performance indicators, pupil performance in Formative Test/ Summative Test and the progress made in LEP 3Rs
4. Care shall be taken that the team members do not cover the schools covered earlier
5. On the 3rd Day, the monitoring team members should conduct a meeting with DEO, PO and Sectorial Officers of DPO and appraise the observations and gaps of the team members on the functioning of schools and KGBVs

Schedule of Monitoring Teams in the District as Follow

1. School Complex Level-First Week of January and February
2. Mandal Level              -Third Week of January and February
3. District Level              - Fourth Week of January and February
