SSA Hyderabad –Trainings to the School Management Committees
Members and PRI Members 2014-15-issuing of guidelines– Reg.

& B 2014-15 approval of the District Concerned.
ORDER:
In
continuation with State level Trainings to the DRPs, the District / Divisional
level trainings to the CRPs and School Complex level Trainings to the SMC members
and PRI members shall be conducted during for the year 2014-15.

should be within the limits as per the approval of the AWP&B 2014-15.

shall be paid to the eligible RPs & Observers

Advances
should be given to the School Complex Headmasters ,for effective implementation
of the programme.
Guidelines
- Trainings to the SMC/PRI Members should be conducted only on convenient dates to the Participants. The issues such as Crop Season and other issues shall be considered while planning at School Complex Level /Village Level trainings.
- Planning of the SMC training at School Complex Level should be done as the MEO shall present at all the Venues.
- A training batch must be planned for (50) members to (70) memebers per batch.
- The Course Director through CRPs must inform all the Participants in writing well in advance.
- Sectoral Officers of the District Project Office, DRPs and DLMTs should be allotted for monitoring of the programme.
- ( 2) MRGs shall conduct the training programme at school Complex Level or Village Level as per the requirement.
- CRP of the cluster shall coordinate the program under guidance of School Complex HMs and MEO.
- MPs, MLA, ZPTCs and MPPs may be invited to the inauguration of the trainings.
- Sarpanches and other Public Representatives, Philanthropists shall be felicitated at the trainings.
- Resolution may be made to announce the villages as OSC free Villages.
- Donaors list shall be prepared and should be written on the schools.
- Mid day the SMC members/PRI Members shall taste meals of the schools.
- A Flex banner may be got printed to be used at training centre.
- Training to the PRI members/SMC members should be treated as very important activity to take keep change in Gross root Level on Education System and Implementation of RTE 2009.
- SMC members and PRI members shall be motivated towards the Schools for as responsible personnel to achieve targets i.e : Bangaru Telangana & KG to PG Education.
- The trainings should be given utmost publicity through print and electronic Media.
