ORDER:

In the Government Order first read above, orders were issue d constituting Tenth Pay Revision Commission, appointing Sri Pradeep Kumar Agarwal, IAS (Retd) as Pay Revision Commissioner. The Pay Revision Commission submitted its report to theGovernment on 29.05.201 4.

2. The Tenth Pay Revis ion Commission, inter alia, recommended thefollowing on DearnessAllowance:

The DearnessAllowance be regulatedat 0.524% forthe StateEmployees forevery onepercentof DearnessAllowance sanctionedtotheEm ployees of GovernmentofIndiawith effectfrom01.01.2014.

3.	Governmenthaveacce ptedtheaboverecommendationoftheTenth			PayRevision
Commission.Accordingly,it				ishereby
orderedthattheDearnessAllowancetotheStateGovernment				em ployeesshallbe
regulated@0.524%		foreveryonepercentofDearness	Allowance	s anctionedtothe

employeesof Government of India with effectfrom01.01.2014. The Dearne ss Allowance

sanctioned		inthe	Revised	PayScales,2010intheG.Os.,2 nd				and
4threadaboveshallberegulatedintheRevisedPayScales,2015asunder:

4.Theseordersareapplicableto:

(a)allemployeesoftheStateGovernment;

Polytechnics,inrespectofthosedrawingpayinaregularpayscaleintheRevised

PayScales,2015;and

(c)theWork-chargedestablishmentinrespectofthosedrawingpayinregularpayscaleintheRevisedPayScalesof2015.

5. Theseordersarenotapplicableto:- (a)employeeswhoopttoremainintheRevisedPayScales,2010;

(b)Teachers working in the Universities, Affiliated Degree Colleges both under GovernmentandAidedmanagementswhoare drawingpayin theRevisedUGC/ICAR/AICTEPayScales;and

(c)OfficersbelongingtoAllIndiaServices.

6. TheDearnessAllowanceshallbeclaimedalongwiththepayfixationintheRevised PayScales,2015andtheDearnessAllowancealreadysanctionedin theGovernmentOrders second andfourth read above shallbe notionally adjustedup to01-06-2014. As regards the arrears from02-06-2014 to 28-02-2015,orders will be issued separately.
