(SA-III) from 1st April, 2015 onwards to facilitate smooth conduct

Video Conference with all the DEOs on 27-03-2015 conduct of Annual
examinations from class I to IX.

All the RJDSEs and
DEOs in the State are hereby informed that vide reference cited, instructions
have been issued for conduct of annual examinations from 1st April,
2015 onwards in all Government, Aided and Private Schools. In this regard, vide
reference 2nd cited a video conference conducted and discussed the
conduct of examination. In the video conference it was informed that SA III
will be conducted in the morning session in the schools without SSC
examinations centers on the dates already communicated.
As discussed and
informed in the video conference that the examinations from class I to IX will
be conducted in the morning sessions in the schools wherever SSC examination
are not being conducted. The examination timings for the morning session
examinations are given hereunder.
Primary Schools - I to
V Classes : 9.00 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Upper Primary and High Schools - VI to IX Classes : 9.00 a.m. to 11.45 a.m.
In case of High
Schools wherever SSC examinations are being conducted, the examinations will be
conducted in the afternoon session. For this purpose separate questions papers shall
be given for this purpose. All the DEOs are already requested to place orders
for printing as per the requirement for both government and private schools. The
examination timings for the afternoon session examinations are given hereunder.
Upper Primary and High Schools - VI to IX Classes: 2.00 p.m. to
4.45 p.m.
All the DEOs are
requested to get the papers printed and supply to schools well in advance with
necessary arrangements. Separate question papers will be for afternoon session
schools from classes VI to IX are in Telugu, English and Urdu Medium. In case of other minor medium such as
Kannada, Maratha, Tamil etc., the earlier set printed by DCEBs shall be used.
All the DEOs are
requested to follow the instructions given hereunder and communicate to all the
Head Masters for the effective conduct of examinations, valuation, declaring
the results and issue of progress report to the children.
- The Head Masters must handover the answer scripts
to the concerned subject teachers on the same day of the examinations with
instructions that the subject teachers shall value the answer scripts
within one or two days.
- All the subject teachers must give the
answer scripts to the students during 13th to 15th
April 2015 in the class rooms for their verification and subject teachers
are requested give feedback to the children on their performance and
discuss the question paper. In case, the subject teachers are in the spot
valuation the Head Master must arrange with other teachers available in
the school to issue answer scripts to the children and collect back.
- The Head Master must instruct all the
teaches to post the marks in the registers and records before 18th
April 2015 and complete the cumulative records in all forms so as to make issue
the same to the children in presence of parents.
- Head masters are responsible in all aspects
as above for getting valuation of answer scripts, issue answer scripts to
the children for their feedback, posting the marks in the registers and
records and complete cumulative records in all forms. The results for all
the classes and children shall be declared and progress report must be issued
before 23rd April 2015 without fail duly convening parents
meet.
