THH Telanganaku Haritha Haram Observing Green Day On 25.08.218 Instructions by C & DSE Telangana Govt of Telangana has Decided to Observe Green Day on 25.08.218 in all Educational institutions in Telangana in the Part of Telanganaku Haritha Haram THH which Programme has been initiated to increase tree coverage from 25.16% to 33% of the total Geographical Area.

- Observe Green Day on 25.08.218 and Slogan HAITHA PATASHALA-HARITHA TELANAGNA
- Constitute a Green Brigade with Students and Teachers to Protect the Plant in Every School
- To give proirity for Block Plantations wherever feasible
- Take up multi row plantation in 4 to 5 rows all along the compound wall if the Block Plantation is not feasible
- As far possible only Tall Plants are to be selected and they should be preferable drought resistatant
- Each Student and Teacher should Adopt a Plant
- Coordinate with Gram Panchayath Rakshana Committe and SMC and involve in the Plantation Programme
