O R D E R

In the references 4th & 9th read above, the Government have accorded permission to fill up vacancies of various categories in HM&FW Department, through direct recruitment by Telangana State Public Service Commission, keeping in view the actual requirement of manpower with reference to the nature of work and activities of the department and also the overall financial implications. The Finance Department has requested to furnish the details of vacant posts i.e., local cadre wise vacancy position, roster points and qualifications, department guidelines etc., to the recruiting agency.

Government have issued orders duly, considered the existing service rules and selection procedure etc., for filling up the following vacant post of Asst. Professor, Tutor and Lecturer (Teaching) in HM & FW Department through Telangana State Public Service Commission which is a recruiting agency.
The post of Asst. Professor and Tutor under the control of DME is not included either sub-para (3) and sub-para (5) of the Paragraph 8 of the Presidential Order and hence treated as State wide post.
The Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue the following departmental guidelines i.e., details of service rules, qualifications, procedure for selection etc., for limited purpose of the present recruitment, duly superseding the earlier orders issued in the references 7th & 8th read above, is as follows:

Asst. Professor (Medical specialities) Asst. Professor(Dental specialities)	As per Medical Council of India norms. And The applicant must register the Additional Qualification (Post Graduation Degree) on permanent basis, with Telangana State Medical Council. As per Dental Council of India norms. And 1. Candidate should be registered under Telangana State Dentists Registration Tribunal (TSDRT) (OR) 2. Registered under combined AP State Dental Council (APSDC) validity upto 31.12.2017 (OR) 3. Enrolment Certificate for registration issued by Telangana State Dentists Registration Tribunal (TSDRT)
Tutors	As per Medical Council of India norms. And The applicant must register the MBBS Qualification on permanent basis, with Telangana State Medical Council. With regard to (5) other eligibility qualifications (i.e., M.Sc. Bio-Chemistry (medical), M.Sc. Anatomy (Medical), M.Sc. Physiology (Medical), M.Sc. Pharmacology (Medical) and M.Sc. Micro-Biology (Medical), registration with the Telangana State Medical Council is not mandatory.
