The In- Service Teachers who have no Teacher Training Certificate they should be trained by 2019 to work a Teachers, said School Education Dept. Also Ministry for Human Resource Development informed that they have to Register Online at National Institute for Open Schooling official Website www.nios.nic.ac.in on or before 15.09.2017 to get admission into Distance Teacher Training Course. It is confirmed that no teacher should work in Private School without Teacher Training Certificate. Private School Managements also were intructed by the Govt to inform to the Private In Service Un Trained Teachers and make them to take admission compulsary. MHRD Distance Teacher Training Course by NIOS to In Service Teachers


Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) programme is a specifically designed package for inservice untrained teachers working in primary/ upper primary schools of different states of the country. The programme has been developed by the Academic Department, NIOS on the initiative of Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India, keeping in view the NCF 2005, RTE 2009 and NCFTE 2010. The Programme aims at enabling the target group to develop in them skills, competencies, attitudes and understanding to make teaching and learning more effective.
Before filling up the form kindly read the manual and talk to the principal about the UDISE Code
Before submitting the form and making the payment kindly see the details which you have filled and if all the details are correct then only submit the form
Once the form is submitted and payment is made then corrections is not allowed

Important :

Eligibility


  1. The minimum qualification required for admission in D.El.Ed. (ODL) for untrained in-service teachers is 50% marks in aggregate at Sr. Secondary (Class12th) (or its equivalent). For SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates a relaxation of 5% marks is admissible
  2. Improvement of Percentage at Class XII
  3. In case a Teacher is not having 50% marks in aggregate at Sr. Secondary (Class12th) (General category) and 45% marks in aggregate at Sr. Secondary (Class12th)(For SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates), then NIOS Provides a chance for Improvement
  4. For Improvement please register at NIOS Senior Secondary Course after completition of D.El.Ed. Registration by visiting the NIOS Site Online Admission under Stream 1 as part Admission in 1 subject, or in 2 subject, or in 3 Subject, or in 4 Subject i.e maximum upto 4 Subjects from the same subject combination which you have studied.   5. If the teacher is Graduate still the improvement of marks at class XII is applicable
  6. On Passing Senior Secondary, only Mark Statement will be issued
  7. D.El.Ed. Certificate will be issued when you secure 50% Marks or above in Senior Secondary

Course Fee :
Course Fee for 1st Year is Rs. 6000/-, However Rs. 1500/- has been waived off for procuring the DISH TV for watching SWAYAM PRABHA DTH Channel No 32 for D.El.Ed. Video Lecture
Total fees for 1st Year : Rs. 4500/-
