Govt of India have identified SArva Shiksha Abhiyan Programme as main vehicle to implement the provision of RTE Act 2009 which has been introduced to provide Free and Compulsory education to all the children in the age group of 6-14 years. a large number of posts lying vacant at the field level and these posts are mean to be filled on outsourcing basis

All the Project Officers of SSA in the State are hereby
instructed to take immediate action and issue fresh notification on conduct
of written test to the teaching posts approved by the Government with the
approval of the District Level Committee. e District Level Committee shall
select the candidates purely based on the merit in the written test & as per
roster at District Le. The guidelines on qualifications and age etc, were
already communicated (Annexures) to all the District Project Offices of SSA
in the state vide reference fifth cited.
The written test shall be conducted at District Level for 100 marks
(objective model. The Project Officer of SSA, District Educational Officer
and the Principal of D.L.E.T are equally responsible for preparation of
question papers and conduct of test at District Level under the
Chairmanship of the District Collector. The Project Officers shall co-
ordinate with the DEOs & Principals of D.LET.s for smooth conduct of the
examination
1· TI e entire process of "written test" have to be conducted at District
Level and District as a Unit only
2. The written test wil be conducted at District Head Quarters only
3. The confidential matcrial for examination has to be prepared at
District level (P.O's, D.EO's & Principals of D.I.E.T.s ) as per the
directions of the cncerned District Collectors without any deviation of

4. The entire recruitmet process of teaching and non teaching

Educational Officers and Principals of D.I.E.T.si the State should work
jointly on each and every point of schedule of recruitment procedure and follow the existing Rule of Reservation, Local/Non local ctc, and complete the entire process as above without fail In respect of non teaching posts, the Dist Collector&PO shal follow the Government Orders issued by the Finance Dcpartment vide G.O.Ms.No:151, dated:08.08.2016 and place
the indent to the respective Manpower Supply Agencies concerned
Any deviation in the matter will be viewed seriously and
action deem fit will be initiated against the defaulters as per rules in force
