AP Panchayat Secretariats Structure Posts Details Recruitment by DSC District Selection Committee
Establishment of Andhra Pradesh Village Secretariats and Structure of the Grama Sachivalayam Posts Job Charts released by Govt of Andhra Pradesh. District Selection Committee AP DSC will take up the Recruitment Process for the posts of arising vacancies after establishing the Village Secretariats as per the Norms mentioned here under Hon‘ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Sri YS Jagan on 30.05.2019 has announced that the Government would establish a system of Village Secretariats for strengthening service delivery system at grass root level by 2nd-October,2019. This system is to ensure corruption free and leak proof implementation of Government programs /Schemes. An exercise has been done to identify the locations to establish Village Secretariates ap-village-secretariats-structure-posts-job-charts-dsc-recruitment

1. Field Functionaries who are going to be appointed in village secretariats are Permanent Government Employees, with two years probation period during which period, they will be paid stipend only.
2. These functionaries will not only be entrusted with their own department works but also any other work as decided by the Government.
3. Existing field functionaries of Village level of different line Departments are to be account for before taking up recruitment of new functionaries.
4. Appointment of field functionaries of Village Secretariats will be done by District Selection Committee.
5. Functionaries after appointment are to be imparted induction training, before positioning in the village Secretariats.
6. There shall be a Departmental monitoring mechanism to oversee the functions of the village Secretariat employees of the department concerned.
