- Visit www.schooledu.telangana.gov.in first
- Go to Online Services and Click on Medical Reimbursement ( MR )
- Another Page will be opened
- Select Medical Reimbursement ( MR ) Form
- Asks for Your Employee/Treasury ID
- Enter your Treasury ID Number and Click on Next
- An OTP will be sent to your Registered Mobile Number
- Enter OTP and Click on Go
- Personal Details will be displayed automatically
- Give your Address details
- Patient Details to be filled
- Total Amount to be claimed
- Hospital Details
- Related Documents to be Uploaded ( Essential Certificate, Discharge Summary, Medical Bills Genunity Certificate Emergency Certificate, Appendix II, Declaration od Dependent, Non Drawal Certificate, Abstract of Medical Bills, Pension Payment order if Applicant Retired Employee, Hospital Recognition. ) as pdf Files
