Leave Sanction Powers to School Complex Headmasters and Considering as DDO
Rc No 362 Dated 21.08.2020 delegation of certain powers to School Complex Headmasters to Sanction Casual Leaves Special Casual Leaves and considering as as Drawing and Disbursing Officer for the staff working in Primary and Upper Primary Schools under his Purview. Here are the orders from Directorate of School Education Telangana State DSE Rc No 6225 dated 13.08.2020 to delegate the powers of Sanctioning CLs and Special Casual Leaves to the staff working in the PS UPS Schools
School Complex Headmasters Powers Delegation are Here under
- Sanction of Casual Leave CL / Special Casual Leave ( Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Govt of Telangana ) for the Headmasters working in Primary Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex
- The Headmasters of Primary Upper Primary Schools shall grant Casual Leave / Special Casual Leave ( Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Govt of Telangana ) for the Teachers workig in the respective schools and same should be reported to the concern School Complex Headmasters from time to time
- Drawing and Disbursing officer for the staff working in the Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex
- School Complex Headmasters will be DDO for the Teachers working in the PS UP Schools under the purview of the School Complex and may Sanction Annual Grade Increment AGI to the Teachers in the School Complex
- Proposals partaining to sanction Automatic Advancement Scheme, Pay Fixation, Pension Papers, Medical Reimbursement, Sanction of other than Casual Leave of the staff working in the Primary, Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex are to be forwarded to the Mandal Educational Officer by the School Complex Headmaster for the time being.
- School Complex Headmaster shall draw and disburse to the concerned staff a per the sanction orders accordingly
