GO MS No 8 AP SSC New Exam Pattern by Schol Education Dept
School Education – Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation pattern of examination system - Modification in SSC Public Examinations, 2021 to reduce the strain caused to the students due to COVID-19 pandemic - Amendment – Orders – Issued.
In the circumstances reported by the Director of School Education in the reference 9th read above, and after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby order to conduct SSC Public Examinations, 2021 with seven paper pattern to reduce the strain caused to the students due to COVID-19 pandemic, duly amending the orders issued in the reference 8th read above with following partial modification:
AMENDMENT
In para (2) of G.O.Ms.No.30, SE(Prog.II) Dept., dt.12.06.2020, the following shall be read as against existing provision:-

2 (b) The six paper pattern will be in force for the SSC Public
Examinations 2020 and the advanced supplementary examinations 2020 only |

Examinations 2021 and the advanced supplementary examinations 2021 only. |
2 (c) From March, 2021 onwards
the eleven paper pattern as envisaged in G.O.Ms.No.69, School Education
(PROG.II) Dept., dated: 15-10-2019 read with the amendments issued there to
in G.O.Ms.No.3, School Education (PROG.II) Dept., dated: 09-01-2020 will come
in to force. |
2 (c) From March, 2022 onwards
the eleven paper pattern as envisaged in G.O.Ms.No.69, School Education
(PROG.II) Dept., dated: 15-10-2019 read with the amendments issued there to
in G.O.Ms.No.3, School Education (PROG.II) Dept., dated: 09-01-2020 will come
in to force. |
2 (d) The six paper pattern is
introduced for the benefit of the students belong to the poor and vulnerable
households having no access or partial access to the technology to be provided with a level playing field to ensure equity. |

2 (e) The six subjects will have six papers with 100 marks each |
2 (e) The five subjects will have five papers with 100 marks each and
remaining subject i.e General
Science will have

papers i.e Physical
Science and Biological Science 50 marks each. Total six subjects, seven
papers for 600 marks. |
2 (f) As a part of the six paper pattern, General Science paper-1 (Physical
Science) and General
Science paper-II (Biological Science) shall be merged as one paper as
General Science. |
2 (f) As a part of the seven
paper pattern, General Science paper-1 (Physical Science) and
General Science paper-II (Biological Science) shall be separate papers and
the examination will be on different days. |
2(g) General Science question paper for 100 marks shall
be divided into Part- A and Part-B with continuous question numbers up to 33.
Part —A shall be divided into four sections and part--B shall also be divided
into four sections and Part-B is also divided into four sections. Answer
booklet and OMR sheet shall be issued separately for Physical Sciences
(Part-A) and Biological Sciences (Part-B) to facilitate evaluation without any difficulty. |

The Director of School Education, AP, the Director, SCERT, AP and the Director, Government Examinations, AP shall take further necessary action in the matter accordingly.
