Telangana PRC 2021 Fixation Softwares Master Scales DA HRA AAS GOs Download
As per the Telangana First Pay Revision Commission suggestions, TS Government has decided to implement Revision of Pay Scales to the Employees and Teachers in the state. CM KCR announced that fitment will be 30% to present pay. RPS - 2021 related Government Orders GOs yet to be released. Finance Department of Telangana has given green signal to revise the payment of salaries. Procedural instructions to be released. Expecting GOs will be released shortly and will be made available in this page to Download. A fitment benefit of 30% would be given for fixing the pay in the Revised Pay Scales, 2021 as against the fitment benefit of 7% recommended by the First Pay Revision Commission. The Dearness Allowance of 34.329% as on 01-07-2018 will be merged in the pay as recommended by PRC.
(ii) The Revised Pay Scales will be implemented notionally from 01.07.2013 with monetary benefit from 01.04.2021
(iii) The benefit of the Revised Pay Scales 2021 will be paid in cash for the salary of Aril, 2021 payable in March, 2021.

- Telangana Government has decided to pay 12 months Arrears in one time for those those employee age less than 58 years.
- Incase of age nearer to 58 years arrears will pay after 61 years complete pensioners
- PRC effected from 01.07.2018.
- From 01.07.2018 to 31.03.2020 Notional.
- From 01.04.2020 to 30.03.2020 Monetary benefits.
- From 01.04.2021 cash who were retired on or before 30.06.2018,,their fixation prepared by STO/DTO.
- who were retired on or after 01.07.2018 their fixation prepared by concerned DDO, and submit to concern STO/DTO.
- After fixation approve by STO /DTO, Revised pension papers to be submitted at AG Office.
PRC RPS 2021 Pay fixation shall be done in three parts
- Part-I: From 01-07-2018 to 31-03-2020 for which the fixation shall be done as notional.
- Part-II:From 01-04-2020 to 31-03-2021, shall be done as monetary benefits and arrears will be paid as per further orders
- Part-III: From 01-04-2021 to be paid in the month of May, 2021 ( If it is late to implement, arrears will be paid in cash )
