What is the 6-Year Integrated AP RGUKT IIIT Program?
It’s a specially designed course for rural SSC (10th class) students to pursue an integrated education path
- 2 years of Pre-University (Intermediate level)
- 4 years of Engineering (B.Tech)
Students will be groomed in technical, communication, life skills, and core engineering subjects.
Available Campuses and Intake . AP RGUKT operates four premier IIIT campuses:
1. RGUKT Nuzvid (Krishna District)
2. RGUKT RK Valley (Kadapa District)
3. RGUKT Ongole (Prakasam District)
4. RGUKT Srikakulam (Srikakulam District)

Eligibility Criteria for IIIT Admissions
Education: Must have passed SSC (10th Class) in 2025 from AP/TS Board, CBSE, or ICSE.
Age Limit: Not more than 18 years (General) and 21 years (SC/ST) as of December 31, 2025.
Local Status: Must be a resident of Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. 25% supernumerary seats available for Other States/NRI/OCI/PIO.
